New US Council Member

As Super64 is currently away from the tournament Kegs has replaced his council member seat for the meanwhile.

Congratulations Kegs, Serve us well.

PS. I would like to say goodbye to you all as i have to leave Atow and thanks for the great time here, Hopfully i will see you in the future.
