Zones explained:

The Zone Capturing system will be changed from C2. First of all instead of fighting for towns you will now be fighting for 'Zones'. In total there are 19 Zones, 9 are primarily controlled by the US and 9 by the RUS. At the start of each tour both teams will be fighting for Zone 10, once one team captures Zone 10 it will unlock either Zone 9 OR Zone 11 for the attack of the opposing team. The zones captured in previous battle day will be kept by the last team to capture them.

How to capture a zone:

To capture a zone you will need 4 more players than the enemy in that one zone although to prevent capture the defending team can defend with 3 players which prevent capture of that zone. The zone will become neutralised although the flag will stay the colour of the defending team. The defending team will not receive any resources from that zone whilst it is neutralised. To capture the zone the enemy must have less than 3 people in the zone.
For example if your team had 8 players in the enemy zone and the enemy had 4 players you would neutralise the zone although your team would need to kill 2 enemy players in order to capture the zone. Killing 2 enemy players will bring the enemy players down below the 3 required to prevent capture.
Neutralisation does not affect the team owning the flag of the neautralised zone from advacning into the next enemy zones and capturing/neutralising it. Once the next zone is captured the neautrallised zone will turn back to the colour of the owner.

Over numbers

Handicap points will be used instead of ‘Over numbers’ for up to 10 players over the other team. For every 2 players over the opposing team’s number the team will gain a handicap point. Any team can only have up to 5 handicap points at any time. If there are more than 10 players over the other team then the ‘Over numbers’ island will come back into play.

Handicap Points:

Handicap Points will play a big role in helping the enemy team. For everyone 1 handicap point there will be an increased number to capture an enemy’s zone and it will increase the number needed to defend a zone.
For example if your team had a Handicap of 1 it would mean that your team would have to have an extra player more than the enemy in order to capture the zone. If the enemy had 2 people in a zone your team would need 7 (6 + 1) players in order to capture the zone.
If your team was defending a zone you would need 3 + your handicap to ensure that the zone is not captured. For example if the enemy team was attacking your zone and your team had a handicap of 2 you would need 5 (3 + 2) to defend the zone and stop it from being captured by the enemy.
