Problem signing up for battles

i get the error----"Unknown company - please check your username"

My username is correct so I have no idea why.

The | in your name is probably the wrong symbol. Did you use the one on your keyboard? Notice how the one in my name extends down below the underline where yours doesn't.

Ya that must be the reason.

You can find the registration page on the Quick Links menu at the top. You should be able to update your registration and get moved into the 21st.
