Step 2 is preparing for and attending a boot camp.
Preparation
There is no exam to sit and boot camp is more of an orientation to AToW than a test.
However, as we take playing Armed Assault above and beyond the unmodified game, you need to equip yourself with a little knowledge to get the most from our battles.
Therefore you will be asked a couple of simple questions on our rules and game play. All the information you will need to answer these questions can be found here (http://www.arma-tow.com/forums/showthread.php?t=5860) and here (http://www.arma-tow.com/forums/showthread.php?t=5853).
Boot Camp
Boot camp itself runs you through a quick over view of our tournament. It also demonstrate or explain the basics you will need to take part in a battle day, such as how to 'forward spawn' or 'capture an objective'. It should take no more than 30 to 45 minutes.
Once you are happy that you understand these basic rules you are ready to complete attend a boot camp. Check out this (http://www.arma-tow.com/forums/showthread.php?p=67530#post67530) thread for the next available times which suite your timezone.
If you have not completed Step 1 (http://www.arma-tow.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=235) please do not sign up for a boot camp yet. The DIs will not be able to help you download, install the mod or solve connection issues at boot camp time as they have other people to get through boot camp. Any issues you may be having should be reported in the help (http://www.arma-tow.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=238) section.
