New units for Campagn 2

Hello Atow community,

I have made the Following units to portray the 2008 United States Marine Corps. My models have the correct Marpat pattern and load outs. They also look different individually. I have played from tour one till now and the US units that we have now do not feel Marine like. There are 3 different kind of camo color patterns on the current US units. I feel these new units well give the US Marine look and better way for us to distinguish each other on the battle field.

I have been working on these units for 2 months now. All the bugs have been fixed. Plus these are not a real high poly units they meet the ArmA specs. With these units you get a whole Fire Team, Force Recon, Sniper, Sniper Observer, Officer, Squad leader, Helicopter Pilot, Fighter Pilot, Crewman, Corpsmen, and Engineer. That is a total of 19 units. So could i have them now?

And for others, council has been infoed and i have leaved request pending for new units for C2. But im pretty sure we will see these for C2 ;)

Dren this is not on you have no need to have a mlod of the units.
Then to say your just rip them with a hex editor is not on either.

Please do not use the council as leverage on our community.

Lol, good to know you can recognise reality from games fairly well.

Those Marines do look ace though, we just need some proper Russians now :D

I ****ing rewrote the ArmA engine then put in a new Animations then model a radio :D

I like the RHS Russians but if a number of you really want new Russians then Throw me the correct CAMO pattern and I can start on those and maybe throw in some of those cool winter Russian hats.

But doing a little reading it is suggested that some Russian units buy there own as well. The most popular of these being Flectar-D (http://www.kamouflage.net/camouflage/en_00216.php) but it means that there seems to be an element of mix 'n' match

Well Start a thread for you're Reds and get a vote on if they want new Camo then take a vote on what camo everyone wants and I will work on it before i head of to basic training. This http://www.kamouflage.net/graphics/showthru.gif is a good piece to start with if you can find more camo this size or bigger then I can turn it into one big sheet. If you do not pick something then I will give the Reds Hello Kitty pink camo.

The comparisons looks great but now you have to use a real world test. Or more appropriately said a real game test. Put one cammo on a guy and hide him in the woods and at different distances and compare side by side with that of the old MEF versions. Eye can play tricks on you and when viewed at a distances sometimes the camo you thought sucked up close was the best at a distance.
