Well a new pack is out and the russain might wanna use these gun's instead of the BIS ones. Look cool plus in comes with my favorite gun the OC-14 Gronza, plus a reddot version of the AK so the russain can be on par with the M4 Aimpoint.

Yes deffinately worth a look. We need to be sure they don't cause errors in the RPT file like the last lot, but I call dibs on the GOLD SVD :D

The 2-rnd burst on the Abakan is sweeet. Do the 7.62 weapons hit for more damage points?

Do we need different AK’s? Do they have improvements, like clearer sights instead of the current pixelated pants we have now?

I’d like to see us using an RPK, pretty sure there’s an RHS one the ATOW pack already though? It would be nice to have a counterpart to the US M249, and perhaps they should have the M240 against our PKM.

There was an RPK in the release we had to scrap because it was buggy. The RPK was a favorite of mine for sure. With it's rate of fire you could even hit Dren!!

It looks like RH will release a pack without the rebel units which will remove the need for QG.

I fired a few mags thru each just to see (1st and 3rd person) and hear them.

Brief Test Results:
-QG not necessary
-looks very similiar to his previous packs with the addition of the Gronza and removal of the pistols and RPK. Too bad - RPK (my fav) was a very nice weapon, not anywhere close to a SAW but nice, and the pistols were fun.
-models and sounds are ok.
-Gronza model looks cool but the avatar does not hold it correctly so it looks retarded.
-The Kobra optical sight (roughly a Russian Aimpoint) was only on 4 weapons - AK and AKS variants of the 74 with and w/o GP30
-RPT errors are beyond my knowledge

Basically, nice but nothing earth shattering. If there are not too many errors it could be a nice addition to spice up the Reds weapon choices. I could definitely make room in my locker for the Abakan/GP30, Sako, and Kobra.;) I think I have a crush on the Abakan. Come to papa...
