Ok so ive installed the MOd but... theres a thing called 1.09 beta but it says cant find arma.exe wth is tht?

You don't have the ArmA 1.09 beta patch installed. Get it here (http://community.bistudio.com/wiki/ArmA_Beta_Patch_1.09).
