Rules regarding game play during the Battle-day

Incorrect player tags in game or Team Speak will result warning but if a player does not correct their tags it may result in a kick or ban.
No ALL-CHAT/Global text is allowed by players in game on Battle-day. This is the channel that the UN will use to communicate with the army's Generals and give important information to all players quickly. Repeated offenses may result in a kick or ban.
No shooting into or out of the protective areas ('large colored bubbles') around an Army's main base or airbase. There will be Zero tolerance for this type of action and any equipment lost as a result of this will be reimbursed and the offender forced to leave and rejoin the server. This also applies to "spawn raping" where one Army is unable to leave its protective bubble due to threats just "outside" its door. Although fun for the Army on the doorstep, we all know that if roles were reversed, it wouldn't be so enjoyable. Since this can directly effect everyone's "fun factor", it is frowned upon here at TOW, and is a punishable offense.
All aircraft must be spawned at that army's airbase and not in their main base or any other forward spawn point within their control. If it is done by accident, the UN must be notified. At their convenience, the UN will then "escort" the unit back to their airbase under a protective "safety" clause where they cannot be attacked. Once back at their own airfield the unit may then become active.
There is a limit of ONE of each type of attack aircraft allowed in the air at the same time for each army. (Cobra/AH6/Rocket Mi17/UH FFARS). However, any number of transport aircraft may be airborne at anytime. (MH6/MG Mi/UH)
AI may not fly aircraft
AI may not move to cap flags or assault enemy held flags. They may only be used to defend objectives already held.
There is a limit of ONE SA-9 or "SAM" system per army allowed on the battlefield at any one time.
An army is only allowed a maximum of THREE more players on the server than it's enemy. There will be a grace period of 10 minutes if an army is more than THREE players over. If at the end of the 10 minutes the army is still more than 3 players over they will be issued a penalty point. For each penalty point issued a fine amount of 6000 Manpower points will be deducted from the army's resource total for the following week.
Usage of UN equipment is prohibited.
Artillery must be spawned at mainbase, but can only be fired from locations on mainland. It is only to be fired while being on the ground.

ALL RULES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE
