Battle-day Mission File Preparation
Rules for the load out/equipment of units and placement of those units in the mission file.
Timings
All purchases and placements for the "mission file merge" must be submitted to a UN representative by Thursday prior to Battle-day.
Kit Restrictions
Only authorised weapons and equipment agreed upon by the Council may be used in the mission.
There is a limit of TWO Anti-Air kits in play per army
There is a limit of THREE Anti-Tank kits in play per army
There is a limit of THREE MG Kits (240/249/PKM/RPK) in play per army.
There is a limit of FIVE scoped weapons (ACOG/PSO) in play per army.
There is a limit of ONE sniper Kit (SVD/KSVK/M-24/M-107) per army.
There is a limit of ONE LASER DESIGNATOR per army.
Satchel charges will only be issued to Special Forces.
The SPR is currently NOT permitted to be used in this tournament.
Kit restrictions also apply to AI soldiers attached to the BFCO.
Kit restriction numbers are subject to constant review, as player numbers increase so will the numbers of 'specialised' kits permitted
Placement
The BFCO AI group is limited to 12 troops (1 Player + 12 AI)- BFCO is the only player permitted to have AI attached to them.
Each army may place 9 personnel* and 3 land vehicles*, in each major objective that they currently own* regardless of forward spawn status.
The qualifications are;
*The 9 personnel can be made any combination AI and human players.
*The 3 land vehicles* may include vehicles types such as SAM and MHQ.
*An army must hold the main town and at least three of it's satellites to be considered as owning the major objective. Troops and vehicles must be placed within the town's capture area.
Each army may also place any number of land vehicles (not exceeding their week's purchases) within the zone of their main or air base.
Each army may also place any number of aircraft (not exceeding their week's purchases) within the zone of their air base.
No civilian vehicles may be used by either army.
Boats can only be placed at one friendly controlled port and are only in play if BOTH Armies have access to a friendly controlled port.
MHQs can be any military vehicle apart from Helicopters, boats, or motorcycles.
Medical tents can be placed inside the main bases and "Town/Capitol" objectives only.
No extra *UNAUTHORIZED buildings or objects may be placed while constructing the mission files.
Minefields (currently not in use)
Minefields must be placed within 250 meters of the edge of the zone for an objective held by the purchasing army. However, they may not overlap the any objective zone.
Anti Personal minefields must be no larger than 100m x 50m
Anti Tank minefields must be no larger than 150m x 50m
Minefields will be visible on map only to the side which placed them.
Mines are activated by both sides
