I have been playing a bit of WWII online and it hit me, why cant we have factories producing things, and for instance if a factory reaches %100 we get say a new weapon, (either army) And if the other team bombs or destroys part of the factory it sets its production back. You could have these Factories as an alternate target to hit (outside of the linked objectives). Maybe make them all the way south and all the way north. But it would take a large force to damage or destroy it. Hence making the decision "do I try and inhibit their new weapon ability or stay back and defend this city?". Just a suggestion for campaigne 4 or 5. Let me know what you think.

Actually iv been playing similiar idea in my mind. also outside of linked objectives.
i was thinking if we could make like well factory, where armors could be forward spawned. in my opinion, all vehicles should be only spawned at base. (same goes for rest) and military bases for infantry forward spawning.
Maby water tower for resources etc.. some nice small sideobjects mainly for spawning and resources.
you can easily put houses, factoryes, halls, watertowers anywhere in map. those are just basic objects.
This is what i would like to see

Might be fun to attack such taget, but it will be dull to guard for x hours against an enemy that might never show. I never played WWII online tho so I might have missed an important part of the concept.

Yep, I was thinking of the RDP program like WW2OL back in ArmaInter days but the Monkey's shot it down fast. Michael who do you fight with?? I always was w/ 6th Marine Division and 23rd Armor in WW2ol.

This is challence for the scripters.
is it possible to spawn vehivles wheres AI inside, side depends who controls the area?
This is what i was thinking...
Side Object (must be bit farer away from objects).
When capping you gain possibility to spawn infantry in there.
Contains FARP
2x AI MG's and 1x AI AA vehicle
AI's are respawnable. AI's Respawn to that side who controls itSo first you need to clear the object from enemy AI's (AA vehicle to avoid easy helo ffar run), then capture it and after awhile friendly AI's spawns in.
With this, we can forward spawn and get helo ride from that base to fight.
(again this is part of my dream, no forward spawn points on cityes)
AI spawning could be used on different side objects also.
I dont want to see AI spawning on the main linked objectives chain, only on side objects.
As i sayed earlyer, we can build "Tank Factory" to anywhere, give it couple AI's to defend and possibility to forwardspawn vehicles (and ofc infantry).
So give me your toughts? no problem for me to build the bases, but i dont know how to script these AI spawnings.
Armatech i heard you got 10 fingers more on scripting than normal people... *wink wink*

This is not too far away from a conversation between Coolio, Steaveak and myself.
We all seem to agree that it would be good to keep the human players on the battle front in a big battlefield where it counted by adding the following features
when you capture an objective a group of no more than 5 AI spawns at your main base
The AI would have to drive to the objective and thus has a delayed response time the farther away the objective is and could be killed in route.
This AI must NOT be controlled by the BFCO
The AI starts its planned defense patrols using 6th Sense NAI or 6th Sense AI-Manager. In other words they will be very smart and will communicate to the BFCO including using map markers of spotted enemies.So not the same as you suggested above.
But the point is we can do it. It just depends on what the Balance Team and the Council decides based on your player feedback.

VM thats was suggested long time ago. (i mean yours)
im not now talking of main objects, side objects.
Put these two together and we have alot more fun.
My only concern is, will the AI be able to drive to the object?
Could it be possible, that it spawns helo that flys over and drops the ai?
But what people thinks of removing forward spawning at main objects, and make fws side objects.
