Roster Process.
There are two armies, along with known leaders for that army.
US Marine Corps [ Jimmy and Boomtap ]
Russian Army [ Moody and Super64 ]
IF YOU ARE A COUNCILLOR
You should already have access to barracks and council forums, see me if not.
IF YOU ARE A COMMANDER NAMED ABOVE
You should have access to UN forums, and be able to see your army barracks, see me of PM me if this is not so.
You need to decide who you want in your HCO/Command staff and ask them to sign up.
IF YOU ARE ASKED TO SIGN UP AS HCO BY AN ARMY COMMANDER
Then follow the Roster process, please keep me informed of any issues you have signing up, so we can iron out any wrinkles before the bulk of the players sign up.
ANYONE ELSE
Do nothing.
