God the CD Key Issue is ticking me off

So, I ordered the game Friday and have been waiting for my CD Key. Figured what the hell maybe they do not work weekends. Now all day I have been back and forth with Metaboli and morphicon for the Key or codes to unlock. They will not help me. Where did you guys that downloaded the German version acquire your key as they are of no help to me.

It took em just a few days to get me mine I ordered it 12 O'clock my time and got it the next day I think... or might of been the following day for my key!

I ordered mine at night and had it the next morning. I figured if you type in german to them then they are more helpful :D

I ordered my at Saturday after noon and got CD key Sunday morning and I'm in same time zone as Metaboli.

Dude if you have a surf about on the site, you can request the CD key to be sent manually with your order ID number and it comes straight away.

It took about 16 hours for my key to arrive. After about 10 I sent an email to kundensupport@gamesplanet.com (http://www.arma-tow.com/forums/kundensupport@gamesplanet.com) with my order id saying I had received the download links but not the key. They did respond to that at the same time as my key was finally sent.

I have done all the above and nothing. And yes I understood everything they stated. I have someone at work from Germany and they translated everything for me.

MY CD key was on the web-page which displayed my INVOICE after I had payed - the one before the download page.

Fortunately I saved it as a PDF before I rushed to click "download", so I had my key before I downloaded.

I didnt get a key by mail either. I still had my browser open however, with the d/l page and was abel go back one step, where the key was displayed along with the invoice.

Mine wasn't on the invoice so I had to wait for mine.

I requested a refund. I will wait for the US release at this point. It is just a game no need to get all worked up over it. Thanks for the help all.
