1) We never hard delete anything.
Some people post in the heat of the moment, and regret it.
Sometime debates get a little overheated.
We DO NOT hard delete, nothing is lost, mistakes are made, and exist and are remembered, for those who follow to read and learn from.
We DO NOT rewrite or erase history.
2) Public Votes
Before any member of a team makes a vote in a public forum, there needs to be agreement from that team that a vote is required.
Clear explanation of the purpose and effect of that vote must be made to those taking part, and their expectations of the effects of that vote set appropraitly.
Do not create votes that promise something that cannot *you* cannot deliver.
