After some interesting debate in the UN and council forums.

Use of AA missiles against ground vehicles is permitted, that means if a player chooses to fire their anti-air weapon at a ground vehicle this will not be considered an infraction.

This does not make any guarantee as to the result of firing or attempting to fire an AA rocket at a ground vehicle, only that neither the player or their army will be punished for it.

Army Generals may choose to issue standing orders to their armies to the contrary.

I also am amazed that when some leaders of this tournament communicate to the privates and the rest of their teammates about this issue they keep forgetting the key changes made in the last 2 days that helps make this decision make more sense.

The following changes will help almost eliminate these problems.

It used to take 1 AA shot to kill the crew of a BMP/Bradley and 2 AA to kill the vehicle.
NOW it takes 4 AA shots to kill the crew and 6+ to kill the vehicle.
Soon it will take 6+ AA shots to kill the crew and 8 or more AA to kill a BMP/Bradley.

This is an important fact that everyone needs to know.
