Rules regarding the administration of the tournament and 'Battle-day'
Any member of the Theatre of War Tournament found attempting to cheat, hack, exploit, caught "command spotting", or trying to usurp any of the game dynamics will be punished. Punishment will range from a one Battleday Ban up to a Permanent Life Ban from the tournament.
Level of penalty to be suggested by the UN and then voted upon by the council.
All passwords that you will need, such as TS channel and the battleday server password etc., can be found in the forum. Your are not allowed to ask for or provide anyone - anything, but a link to the password needed. There are no exceptions to this rule at all.
If the rule is broken you are obligated to immediately report it to the the higest ranking member available - if the UN is absent. Failing to do so is a separate offence, regardless if you are the offender or just a bystander. There are no exceptions to this rule either.
Any issues discovered with any script, addon, process or file used for 'Battleday' must be reported through the chain of command. Any exploitation of such issues is a punishable offense.
In the event of a server crash, all objectives will revert back to their last recorded state. In the event of the status of an objective being contested, the objective in question will remain "frozen" until sufficient evidence is obtained and deliberated by the UN and or Player's Council until a verdict is reached in favor of one Army. This may not be a immediate process, so please be patient.
"HOLD ALL ACTIONS" wil be piped into the two BFCO channels if the UN needs to stop the battle. The armys then have 30sek to comply to the following restrictions:
All ground units are doing "HOLD ALL ACTIONS" allowed to "push to talk" (TS) ALL other actions are acknolege by the UN with two battleday bans (including the battleday in question).
All air units are doing "HOLD ALL ACTIONS" required to return to the protected bubble of eithe Mainbase or Airbase (no sight seeing). ALL other actions are acknolege by the UN with two battleday bans (including the battleday in question).
Once they they hit the ground in Mainbase or Airbase they are under the same restrictions as ground units.
A 'Battle-day' will last approximately 3-4 hours, with the desired time being agreed by the UN and each army's General. However; the exact amount of time may vary in the event of any technical problems.
At game start all units must stay within frendly bubbles. Airunits are not allowed to lift off. Forward spawning is allowed. Game starts when the UN gives the "GO" order in global chat.
Once time is called at the end of the battle, all soldiers must stop fighting. No objective captures, deaths or vehicle losses will be counted after time is called.
In order to be eligible to play on Battle-day players must have
